 မည်သူကမျှ လုယူသိမ်းပိုက်၍မရသည့် လူ့အခွင့်အရေးများဖြစ်သည့် လွတ်လပ်စွာထုတ်ဖော်ပြောဆိုခွင့်နှင့် ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာစုဝေးခွင့်ကို ကျင့်သုံးရင်း ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ တစ်ရက်နေ့မှစပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင်အသက်ဆုံးရှုံးခဲ့ရသူများကို အောက်မေ့သတိရ ဂုဏ်ပြုသောအားဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ ကုလသမဂ္ဂရုံးများ၌ ယနေ့တွင် ကုလသမဂ္ဂအလံကို တိုင်ဝက်သာလွှင့်ထူကြပါသည်။
